1. Who we are
This website, lepapot.com, and the tools linked to it are operated by Pablo González, who publishes content under the name LePapot (the “Operator”). Contact: [email protected].
2. What this service is
LePapot publishes gameplay videos and related content on YouTube, Twitch, Steam, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms. To publish that content, the Operator uses a private, self-hosted scheduling application at postiz.lepapot.com. That application is for the Operator’s own use only. It is not a public service, it has no public sign-up, and it is not offered to third parties.
3. Use of this website
This website is provided for information. You may browse it and follow its links to the Operator’s channels. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the website, to access non-public parts of it, or to use it for anything unlawful.
4. Third-party platforms
Content published by the Operator on third-party platforms (for example TikTok) is also governed by those platforms’ own terms and policies. When the Operator connects an account to a third-party platform, it does so only for the Operator’s own account and only to publish the Operator’s own content.
5. Intellectual property
The walkthrough videos, edits, text and images published by the Operator are the Operator’s work. The games shown belong to their respective developers and publishers, whose names are credited where possible. If you are a rights holder and have a concern about any content, please write to the contact address above and it will be reviewed promptly.
6. No warranty
This website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. The Operator is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the website, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
