2. What this website collects
The public pages of lepapot.com do not use cookies for tracking, do not run advertising or analytics scripts, and do not ask visitors for personal information. Like any web server, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address and request details to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
3. Social media accounts connected by the Operator
The Operator runs a private, self-hosted scheduling application (not open to the public) to publish content to the Operator’s own accounts on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. When the Operator connects one of those accounts, the platform gives the application an access token and basic profile information about the Operator’s own account (for example the account name and profile picture). This data is:
- used only to publish the Operator’s own content and read the Operator’s own account statistics;
- stored on the Operator’s own server, not sold or shared with anyone, and not used for advertising;
- deleted when the Operator disconnects the account or removes the application.
The application does not collect data about other TikTok, YouTube or Instagram users, and nobody other than the Operator can sign in to it.
4. Videos and media
Media files the Operator publishes through the application (for example a video to be posted to TikTok) are temporarily available at a public address on postiz.lepapot.com so the destination platform can retrieve them. They contain only content the Operator intends to publish.
5. Legal basis and retention
The Operator processes this data on the basis of legitimate interest in running and promoting a content channel. Access tokens are kept only while the account is connected. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification or erasure of personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. Because this website collects almost no personal data, such requests will usually be simple to answer. Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
7. Third-party platforms
Platforms such as YouTube (Google), TikTok and Instagram (Meta) process data under their own privacy policies. Please read those policies for how they handle your data when you use their services.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version.
